High School Hockey Parents,

The beginning of semester 2 in the hockey program begins January 30, 2012.

During the next 8 weeks up to spring break the students will be placed into 2 new groups for on-ice and off –ice activities. During this portion of the year we will have 5 special development groups. The development groups will be instructed by Rick Carriere and Tim Fragle. The students will receive 3 on-ice sessions working on individual skills and will also receive 3 spin class sessions. Students must be aware of which development group they are in and correspond with the monthly schedule. The goalie groups have also been modified so please check groupings and schedule. Lastly each group will be continuing their curling unit at the Shamrock Curling Club on Friday mornings please be on time!

Starting next month they only way to access the monthly schedules will be via the AAD online database. This is for the safety and privacy of all students athletes. To login to your account go to https://secure.aadie.ca

January 30 – March 23 – Transitional play, Team Work and Special Development sessions.

March 24 – April 9 – Spring Break

April 10 – June 15 – Spring League Season
