Bruins' Parents,
After quite the "stinker" on Monday, the kids really put it together today to stay alive in the playoffs. As one of them said, "Why don't we play like this all of the time?"
Well...lesson learned...playing as a team, passing the puck, good support all over the ice and hard work, usually equals WINS!
Thanks for all of your patience as I know that the ever-changing schedules can cause some confusion. I've attached a new revised calendar to help out and my cell # is 780-951-4475 if you ever need clarification or confirmation. There are a couple of IMPORTANT notices:
-Tomorrow (Wed., June 2) the kids will be picked up at VIMY, not at Foote Field, as we have to vacate the field at 2:30. We'll bus the kids back to Vimy.
-Friday, June 4, you will pick the kids up at Coronation Field, north of Ross Shepard High School, after day two of fitness testing.
-Monday, June 7, the kids need to bring rollerblades, helmets, running shoes, etc. for triathlon training. Please pick them up at Donnan School at 3:15 pm.
-Tuesday, June 8, the Bruins get a rematch vs. the Jets in the semi-final at Kenilworth. This should be a great game and hopefully Blade, Simon, Giorgio and Jess will all be available.....they are missed alot by our team.
